Powdered Iris

Powdered Iris is the scent of a vintage compact, or a silk scarf at the back of a drawer. It is soft, cool and a little nostalgic.

Aldehydes, bergamot and neroli open it with a bright, soapy sparkle. The heart is iris and violet, cool and rooty, warmed by rose and the almond powder of heliotrope. The base is white musk, sandalwood and vanilla, which gives it weight and a gentle sweetness.
